In 2009, The Friends of
Nathanial Boileau Farmstead signed a 25 year lease with Upper Moreland
Township assigning fundraising responsibilities to The Friends while defining a supportive
relationship between the two organizations. This relationship will
make restoration projects more attractive to public and private funding
sources.
