The Boileau Farmstead is located on Byberry Road at Orangemans Road in Upper Moreland Township.

Visitors can access the site by sidewalks located along Byberry Road.  On site parking is available.

The north end of the property, which is about 5 acres, is relatively flat with very little vegetation or trees.

The central portion, which is about 1.5  acres falls steeply to wetlands which traverse the property.

The southern portion of the property, which is about 4 acres, is an open area with a gradual slope.
